Vintage Wolverine 2 Story Doll House--Reduced to $ 35.00 ! in Murfreesboro, TN

We have a circa 1950's ~ 1960's Wolverine 2 Story Tin Litho Metal Doll House. This was built by Wolverine Toy, Booneville, Arkansas; division of spang industries. Awesome little doll house. The toys from this time were so much more realistic than our toys today. I know my kids always gravitated to the old toys versus the new toys !! This house is in excellent condition, especially for the age. There are no warps, bends or damage aside from 2 small bubbles~dent out and a scratch on 2 of the top roof corners you can barely notice. The painted rooms are still pristine on the metal. The front door is missing with the exterior door jamb which can be easily replaced. When you look at the pics, the middle bathroom on the upper floor that is enclosed looks funny and bent but it is not. When you look at the house it looks great. do not know why the pic looks that way ! It measures 21 1/2" Long by 15 1/2" High at middle highest point of roof. (Liv. Rm. is 10"x15", Kitchen is 6"x10", both bedrooms are 8"x9", and bathroom is 5"x9".) This house is intact and safe for play. Wonderful little house !! Price is $ 35.00.
